Registration deadline: 10 November 2021 – CLOSED

IWAMO 2021 will be broadcasted using the Zoom meetings platform and all sessions will be open to general public. However, accepted presentations will only be included in the final programme if the respective presenting author has formally registered and paid the registration fee before the deadline.

Registration Form:

The form is a fillable pdf document. Please make sure all fields have the correct information to be printed in the invoice/receipt, it is not possible to modify the data once the invoice/receipt is issued. For Student registrations, a proof of student status is mandatory.

All payments must be done by bank transfer to the account stipulated in the Registration form. To formally register, it is necessary to send the Registration form along with a copy of the bank transfer proof by e-mail to iwamo2021@ua.pt with subject REGISTRATION. If your Institution requires an invoice prior to making the payment, please send only the filled out form and state the request for the invoice document.

 

Workshop Cancellation Policy: once the bank transfer is complete, registrations cancelled will not be eligible for a refund.
