Abstracts acceptance notification deadline: 15 October 2021 – CLOSED
Notifications regarding abstracts acceptance status have been sent by e-mail to all presenting and corresponding authors.
Abstract Templates:
All page setup and font formatting are already set in each template.
Abstract Submission Form:
The form is a fillable pdf document. It is necessary to provide the required information about the authors, choose one topic and one type of presentation.
To submit an abstract, it is necessary to send the Abstract document and the Abstract submission form by e-mail to iwamo2021@ua.pt with subject ABSTRACT SUBMISSION. It is acceptable to submit multiple abstracts in one e-mail, however it is mandatory to submit one Abstract submission form per Abstract document.
ATTENTION
- For Oral presentations, only one (1) abstract per registered participant will be accepted.
- For Poster presentations, up to two (2) abstracts per registered participant will be accepted.
- Other situations of multiple abstracts from the same presenting author will be separately reviewed by the Committees before final acceptance.
- Only abstracts with complete and paid registrations will be included in the final programme.
- The submitted abstract document will be made public in the Workshop’s book and website.
- The Workshop’s official language is English.
